Terms of Service

By using Handyman Village apps or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Handyman Village connects customers and independent professionals. Pros are not employees of Handyman Village. Customers pay through the platform; the platform retains 25% and professionals receive 75% via Stripe Connect, subject to applicable fees and policies.

You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping login access secure. Pros must provide truthful trade, business, and payout details. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users.

Appointment fees are charged when you book. Additional labor or service amounts may be charged as agreed. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds and cancellations follow the policies shown in-app and any applicable law.

You agree not to misuse the platform, misrepresent your identity or credentials, interfere with other users, scrape or abuse the service, or violate law. Off-platform payment circumvention intended to avoid platform fees may result in account action.

Service quality depends on the independent professional you book. Handyman Village provides the marketplace, payments, and related tools, but does not guarantee specific job outcomes. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law.
