Handyman Village ("we") operates a marketplace connecting homeowners and local service professionals. This page describes how we handle personal information when you use our apps and website.

• Address and location data used for nearby matching
• Booking, chat, and transaction records
• Payment data processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• Device and usage data needed to run and improve the product

We use data to provide booking and payouts, match customers with nearby pros, communicate about orders, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers such as Supabase (backend) and Stripe (payments / Connect payouts), and with the other party to a booking as needed to fulfill the job. We may disclose information when required by law.

We retain information as long as needed to operate the marketplace, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process.

You may update account details in the app, request access or deletion where applicable law allows, and contact us with privacy questions. Some location and payment features are required for booking and payouts to work.
